Location: Westchester, NY | In-Home ABA Therapy
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services PLLC, this is more than just a job. As part of our team, you’ll help children reach milestones that matter—communication, independence, and social connection. We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and motivated RBTs who want to grow in the field of ABA while being part of a supportive and professional team.
Position Overview;
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans designed to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect and record session data and notes within 24 hours (Rethink platform)
- Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the clinical team
- Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers
- Participate in training and supervision

Qualifications;
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children (ABA preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
