About Optima Medical:
Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 30 locations and over 130+ medical providers, who care for more than 200,000 patients statewide. Our mission is to improve the quality of life throughout Arizona by helping communities "Live Better, Live Longer" through personalized healthcare, with a focus on preventing the nation’s top leading causes of death. We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management, and other specialty health services. We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard. Optima is currently seeking a Care Management Enrollment Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the enrollment process for new and existing patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our care management program.
Behavioral Health: Behavioral health services can help improve the patient’s quality of life, ensure their safety, and help them achieve optimal mental and emotional health. At Optima Medical, we ensure our patients have access to the exact resources and treatment services they need.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and enroll new and existing patients into the Behavioral health program
- Manage enrollment process, appointment scheduling and documentation
- Communicate with patients program information and requirements
- Collaborate with Behavioral Health team to ensure seamless transition for new patients
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Healthcare Experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred but not required
