Part-time Weekend Night Shift will work Friday and Saturday night from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
NOTE: This position may also have additional day shift work hours available during the week, if interested.
Pay: Starting from $20.00, increases with experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making rounds to ensure the Community is secure
- Cleaning stairwells and other areas
- Emptying apartment trash and recycling
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets
- Setting up meeting rooms for events
- Delivering newspapers
- Unlocking doors
- Follow up as required for independent living pull cord notifications and smoke detectors
- General maintenance to ensure a safe and operationally sound community
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, walk long distances and be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
- Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
