As a Business Analyst Intern at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact—you’ll analyze data, help identify opportunities, and support strategies that push boundaries and redefine the grocery shopping experience. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. During this internship, you’ll have the chance to work closely with experienced analysts, gaining mentorship and developing the skills needed to be well-prepared for a potential Business Analyst full-time role with us.
Where you'll make an impact
Logistics – Optimize the backbone of our operations, from fulfillment centers to last-mile delivery and demand forecasting across Europe. Think: automating international delivery forecasts for growth areas like Munich.
Consumer – Drive growth through pricing, effective supplier relationships, and our market strategy. Think: Shaping our successful market entry into new cities. Your decisions shape how millions of customers experience Picnic.

Your superpowers
- Enrolled in a Master’s program in a quantitative field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Data Science & Management, Information Systems, Econometrics, or similar)
- Passion for data analytics and business consulting
- Your communication skills allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team
- You are fluent in both verbal and written English, German is a plus.
- You have an EU citizenship available
- Availability: At least 6+ months for a regular internship or a thesis internship.
