Join Praxis Health in Dallas, Oregon, where you'll find the rare combination of physician autonomy, meaningful leadership, and the support of an exceptional care team. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is excited to become the long-term clinical leader of the practice, serving alongside a highly experienced team of Advanced Practice Providers (NP/ PA) while providing Physician Assistant supervision and mentorship. You'll enjoy the independence of leading the clinic's medical practice without practicing alone, supported every day by skilled APPs and a dedicated clinical team. Together, you'll provide compassionate, relationship-centered care to generations of families in a welcoming community where your work will make a lasting difference.
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVE PACKAGE
- Year one guarantee: $270,000
- Year two production average: $330,000
- Relocation, loan repayment, sign-on bonus structured around what matters most to you

PRACTICE DETAILS
You will step into a fully established outpatient panel with 50 years of patient relationships behind it. No building from scratch, no startup friction. The practice is relationship-centered and independent, with physician autonomy backed by strong administrative support.
- Panel: 100% established, outpatient only
- Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
- Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements
- Model: Value-based, relationship-centered care

General Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
