What you’ll do...
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting Agile best practices.
- Drive delivery cadence and coordination across multiple Data & AI domains, including AI Runtime, API & Saga, Cloud Ops, Knowledge, Governance, and Data.
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively identify delivery risks.
- Coach teams towards greater self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor team health and delivery metrics to improve predictability and flow.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What you bring...
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments, ideally supporting multiple teams or complex delivery organizations.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, dependency management, and communication skills.
- Experience coaching Agile teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in a technical environment; experience with Data, AI, platform engineering, or cloud-based products is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset.
