En Soho House, el Recepcionista de Gimnasio (Health Club) es el primer punto de contacto para los socios e invitados dentro del área de fitness y un rol clave en la experiencia del club. Esta posición representa el estilo y los valores de Soho House, ofreciendo una atención cercana, profesional y amable desde el primer contacto.
Buscamos a una persona con interés y conocimiento del mundo fitness, buenas habilidades de comunicación y manejo de sistemas, y una actitud proactiva y orientada al servicio. A través de su presencia en recepción y su interacción diaria con los socios, contribuye a generar una experiencia cálida y positiva, asegurando una primera impresión alineada con los estándares de Soho House.
Descripción del Puesto
- Dar la bienvenida a los socios por su nombre y a los invitados del Health Club, registrarlos y orientarlos dentro de las instalaciones, incluyendo entrenamientos personales, área de pesas, equipo Technogym, canchas de pádel, clases, lockers o cualquier otra solicitud, ofreciendo siempre un servicio cálido y de primera clase.
- Apoyar al Club Fitness Manager en la promoción de los servicios del Health Club, la programación y el seguimiento de entrenamientos personales y uso de canchas de pádel, así como en la actualización de calendarios y agendas. Atender y dar seguimiento a correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas y canalizar adecuadamente consultas generales, mensajes, entregas y solicitudes de socios y colaboradores.
- Conocer y comunicar claramente la información clave del Health Club, incluyendo horarios de operación, servicios, clases, disponibilidad y precios, respondiendo de forma efectiva a las preguntas frecuentes de socios e invitados.
- Registrar, documentar y dar seguimiento a consultas, comentarios, quejas, objetos perdidos y reportes de mantenimiento, asegurando que la información se canalice al área correspondiente y se dé seguimiento oportuno hasta su resolución.
- Realizar el cobro y gestión de mercancía a la venta, asegurando el correcto registro de las transacciones, manejo responsable de efectivo y/o terminales de pago, y el control básico de inventarios, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Apoyar a socios e invitados en el uso básico del equipo Technogym, así como mantener la recepción, el mostrador y las áreas de trabajo limpias, ordenadas e higienizadas, contribuyendo a un entorno seguro y agradable.
- Dar seguimiento en tiempo real a cualquier inquietud o situación relacionada con socios e invitados, tomando acciones inmediatas cuando sea posible y escalando oportunamente al Club Fitness Manager.
- Mantener una comunicación constante con el Club Fitness Manager, compartiendo alertas operativas, observaciones relevantes y comentarios positivos de los socios que permitan mejorar la operación y la experiencia.
- Promover un ambiente positivo, profesional y cercano, siendo accesible, proactivo y orientado al servicio.
- Realizar cualquier otra tarea relacionada con el puesto que sea asignada por el supervisor o Gerente.
Experiencia requerida
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en recepción o atención al cliente, preferentemente en gimnasios, estudios de fitness o hospitality.
- Experiencia atendiendo llamadas, correos electrónicos y consultas presenciales.
- Inglés conversacional.
- Persona organizada, detallista y multitarea, con buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Interés y conocimiento del mundo fitness.
- Disponibilidad de horario y flexibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y días festivos cuando sea necesario.
