Based in Denver, Colorado, with offices across the United States and in London and Amsterdam, SRS Acquiom supports transactions across North America and Europe. Our M&A services include professional shareholder representation, paying and escrow agent services, and online document solicitation and reporting. For loan and credit transactions, we provide independent Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, Sub-Agent, and Successor Agent services.

Position Summary
SRS Acquiom is looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead people and code with equal confidence. This role owns the success of both the product and the team behind it — balancing hands-on technical leadership with the day-to-day realities of managing, coaching, and growing a high-performing engineering team.
You'll partner closely with Product to keep priorities aligned, drive quality practices across the team, and stay active in the codebase so you can lead by example, not just by title. If you enjoy solving hard technical problems just as much as helping engineers solve their own career puzzles, this role was built for you.
Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States.
If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected.
If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $153k - $170k, depending on level of experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accountable for the success of the product and team
- Enables measurable team improvements over time
- Responsible for establishing, managing and completing company projects and milestones
- Responsible for hiring and managing team members, supporting career growth and evaluating performance on a periodic basis
- Ensures that the product is supported effectively by the team
- Accountable for leading product quality practices and outcomes
- Leads team to ensure complete, succinct and testable acceptance criteria
- Partner with the Product Owner/Manager to ensure alignment between Product and Engineering
- Contribute effectively to the code base across the full stack and lead by example
- Coach others to ensure high quality and efficient delivery of business value
- Align career goals of the team with the company goals
