Inclusive Housing Resources is looking for a part-time Residential Painter to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. In this role, you’ll help create safe, welcoming homes for people with disabilities while using your skills to make a visible difference every day. If you take pride in quality workmanship, notice the details, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, patch, and finish surfaces for high-quality interior and exterior painting.
- Use brushes, rollers, and other tools to deliver clean, professional results.
- Help keep properties safe, well-maintained, and looking their best through painting and light maintenance support.
- Take pride in a job well done by protecting work areas, keeping sites clean, and checking your finished work.
What We’re Looking For:
- Painting experience and confidence with surface prep and finishing work.
- A valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and the ability to meet driving requirements.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely on ladders or scaffolding when needed.
- A dependable, detail-oriented attitude and a willingness to support the team where needed.
