ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-income, inbound sales opportunity — no cold calling, no chasing leads.
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads who are actively seeking help. Your role is to guide them through their options, build trust, and enroll them into the right solution.
You’ll be backed by a strong support team, proven systems, and leadership that knows how to help you win.
COMPENSATION: BUILT FOR HIGH PERFORMERS
- Base Pay: $17 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week).
- Commission: $12,000 – $17,000+ per month
- Top Earners: Upwards of $240,000+ annually
- No commission cap = unlimited income

PAID SALES TRAINING & SUPPORT
- Learn directly from high-performing sales managers
- Hands-on training with real call scenarios, scripts, and objection handling
- Ongoing 1:1 coaching and feedback to sharpen your closing skills
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take inbound calls from motivated prospects ready to take action
- Run structured discovery calls to understand each client’s situation
- Recommend and enroll clients into tailored tax resolution programs
- Own your pipeline from first call to close
- Build trust through a consultative, empathetic sales approach
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- 1–2+ years of sales experience (call center or high-volume preferred)
- Confident closer with strong communication skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and money-motivated
- Able to build trust quickly and handle sensitive conversations
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
