  • Develop practical user guidance, training materials and adoption support that help practitioners use the system confidently and consistently.
  • Support governance expectations associated with system ownership (including supporting testing and change control).

C) Insolvency precedents, checklists & practice documentation

  • Coordinate review cycles and updates of insolvency precedents/checklists; ensure version control and appropriate approvals.
  • Work with senior practitioners to prioritise improvements and address gaps.

D) Internal training program support

  • Partner with Global L&D to shape and coordinate a targeted insolvency training program, including practice software enablement, for the AU and NZ businesses.
  • Contribute to training content and delivery support where specialist technical input or practice context is required.

E) Continuous improvement / practice uplift

  • Contribute to practice initiatives designed to improve efficiency, consistency and user experience in insolvency practice software, through development and adoption of ‘AI’ tools, and (as necessary), related documentation/training.

F) Quality reviews and complaints handling

  • Partner with Global QRM to develop or align AU and NZ policies and procedures that are practical, proportionate and consistent with firm-wide standards.
  • Support the design and implementation of a quality assurance program tailored to the AU and NZ Financial Advisory practices.
