ThinkMarkets is a global financial technology company, specializing in providing multi-asset trading solutions to thousands of clients around the world. We use the latest technologies to give traders seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms.
ThinkMarkets is seeking a commercially minded Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our global trading communities across social media, messaging platforms, forums, and online channels.
Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Customer Support, and Regional teams, you will foster meaningful relationships with traders, creators, affiliates, and brand advocates while strengthening brand reputation, gathering community insights, and driving customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a global community engagement strategy.
- Build and grow trading communities across social media, forums, and messaging platforms.
- Drive engagement through campaigns, discussions, and community initiatives.
- Build relationships with influencers, affiliates, and community ambassadors.
Community Engagement & Reputation
- Act as the voice of ThinkMarkets by managing community interactions across all platforms.
- Moderate discussions, respond to enquiries, and manage reviews across platforms including Trustpilot and app stores.
- Escalate customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Community Insights & Collaboration
- Gather community feedback and share insights with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support teams.
- Identify customer trends and opportunities to improve engagement and the client experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
Campaigns & Events
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, webinars, livestreams, trading competitions, and community events.
- Drive participation and engagement through community initiatives and promotional activities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor community growth, engagement, sentiment, and customer satisfaction.
- Produce regular performance reports and optimise community strategies using data and customer feedback.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in Community Management, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience within fintech, financial services, online trading, cryptocurrency, or technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media and community platforms, with experience using community management and analytics tools.
- Analytical, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for financial markets, trading, and building engaged online communities.
