Bij Too Good To Go werk je aan iets dat ertoe doet: samen met ondernemers en miljoenen app-gebruikers helpen we voedselverspilling voorkomen. Wij zoeken nieuwe Sales Waste Warriors met een flinke dosis energie en nieuwsgierigheid. Mensen die écht iets willen opbouwen.
Jouw missie
Als Business Developer speel jij een belangrijke rol in onze missie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat lokale ondernemers – van bakkerijen tot buurtwinkels – zich aansluiten bij Too Good To Go. Zo help je hen om onverkocht eten via onze app aan te bieden aan consumenten.
Zo ziet een typische dag eruit:
Je dag start met een goede kop koffie op ons zonnige kantoor in Amsterdam (of thuis als je dat fijner vindt). Je komt samen met je team voor een wekelijkse check-in om plannen te delen en successen te vieren. Daarna open je Salesforce, bekijk je pipeline en begin je met bellen. Je hebt als doel om dagelijks zo'n 25 ondernemers te spreken: van supermarkten tot lunchrooms, en hen enthousiast te maken over Too Good To Go.
Zodra een ondernemer aan boord is, begeleid jij ze in hun eerste 28 dagen. Je zorgt dat ze goed zijn ingewerkt, hun eerste Verrassingspakketten kunnen aanbieden en het maximale uit ons platform halen. Jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en maakt het verschil in hun eerste ervaring met Too Good To Go.
Tussendoor werk je aan het bijhouden van je pipeline, analyseer je je voortgang en spar je met collega’s over wat beter kan. En je houdt natuurlijk ruimte over voor een heerlijke lunch en koffie momentjes op kantoor. Je dag sluit je af met een goed gevoel: weer impact gemaakt!
Wie zoeken wij?
- Jij bent een echte bruggenbouwer en legt makkelijk en snel verbinding met potentiële partners (zoals buurtwinkels, bakkerijen, slagers);
- Je bent niet bang om te bellen en krijgt energie van gesprekken;
- Je bent een uitstekende luisteraar en weet de juiste vragen te stellen;
- Je bent pro-actief bezig met het uitzoeken, bellen van nieuwe leads en toont doorzettingsvermogen als het even tegenzit;
- Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt overzicht en communiceert open met je team;
Dit is een startersfunctie. Je hoeft dus geen jaren ervaring te hebben. Deze rol is specifiek ingericht als startpunt. We mikken op nieuwsgierige mensen die aan het begin van hun salescarrière staan (0-2 jaar ervaring). Je bent leergierig en begrijpt dat je eerst de fundamenten van sales moet beheersen voordat je de volgende stap kan zetten.

Wij zijn Too Good To Go, een B Corp met een duidelijke missie: iedereen inspireren en motiveren om in actie te komen tegen voedselverspilling. Sinds onze start in 2015 in Denemarken zijn we actief in 19 landen. In Nederland werken we inmiddels met een team van 70+ collega’s samen met meer dan 4,7 miljoen app-gebruikers en duizenden partners.
Samen hebben we al meer dan 32 miljoen maaltijden gered van verspilling. Dat staat gelijk aan het vermijden van 86,400 ton CO2e! En dat is nog maar het begin.
