Habilidades y conocimientos que el estudiante adquirirá durante las prácticas profesionales:
- Comprensión de dispositivos IoT (Internet de las Cosas) e Inteligencia Artificial aplicados a las soluciones de Toshiba.
- Habilidades técnicas relacionadas con los productos de hardware de Toshiba (instalación, configuración y operación).
- Conocimientos básicos sobre sistemas operativos y soluciones de software para puntos de venta (POS).
- Habilidades de preventa, preparando configuraciones y demostraciones para salas de exhibición, eventos, reuniones con clientes, entre otros.
- Gestión de inventario de equipos de demostración.
- Relación con diferentes áreas y personas dentro de la estructura organizacional de TGCS, así como contacto directo con el equipo de ventas.
- Comunicación con distintos niveles organizacionales de clientes y socios de negocio (Business Partners).
- Conocimiento del mercado minorista (retail).
Se espera que al finalizar sus prácticas el estudiante sea capaz de:
- Instalar, configurar y operar productos de hardware de TGCS.
- Aplicar conocimientos básicos para instalar y operar productos IoT y software de TGCS.
- Comprender conceptos de Inteligencia Artificial aplicados a la industria retail.
- Utilizar las herramientas de TGCS para buscar y obtener información.
- Aplicar metodologías para la gestión de inventario de hardware.
- Comprender el ecosistema de ventas de un fabricante de tecnología de hardware y software.
- Desarrollar habilidades de preventa.
Requisitos del puesto:
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
- Conocimientos de Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Recién egresado o estudiante de los últimos semestres de Ingeniería en Computación, Sistemas o carrera afín.
Ubicación:
Ciudad de México.
Especificaciones del horario:
- 25 horas por semana.
- Modalidad de prácticas profesionales.
- Esquema híbrido (semi presencial).
