- 토스의 Client Solutions Manager는 광고사업부에 속해 있어요.
- 광고사업부는 동영상 광고, 배너광고 등 토스라는 플랫폼을 활용한 광고 사업을 담당합니다.
- 광고사업부는 다양한 광고 및 제휴 상품을 담당하면서, 광고주 대상 프로모션 전략과 다양한 혜택 기획, 수수료 협상 등 광고 사업에 관련한 모든 전략적인 의사결정을 이끌고 있어요.
- 광고사업부의 목표는 지속적으로 고객사의 토스 광고 상품 집행을 통해 매출을 증대시켜 나가면서, 동시에 토스와 고객사의 동반 성장을 도모하는 것이에요.

- 주요 고객의 마케팅 목적과 캠페인 KPI에 맞추어, 토스의 광고 제품을 활용한 최적화 솔루션을 제안해요.
- 고객의 성공을 위한 데이터를 분석하고, 장기적으로 토스를 활용할 수 있는 전략을 수립해요.
- Data Analyst와 협업하여 데이터 기반의 전략 솔루션을 개발하고, 고객에게 효과적으로 컨설팅해요.
- 토스의 광고 제품을 잘 활용할 수 있도록 고객들에게 토스 활용에 대한 Best Practice를 제안하고 실행해요.
- 트렌드를 반영한 새로운 광고 활용 방안을 발굴하고, 토스를 통해 성장할 수 있도록 지원해요.
- 토스의 고객들과 지속적인 피드백과 성과 리뷰를 통해 관계를 강화하고, 파트너십을 증진시켜요.

- 광고 산업에 대한 이해도가 높고, 광고/마케팅 경험이 5년 이상 필요합니다.
- 광고 분야에서 전략 수립과 업셀링을 통해 성과와 매출을 만들어본 경험이 있으면 더욱 좋습니다.
- 커뮤니케이션 역량이 뛰어나며 대외적 마케팅 및 홍보 활동 경험을 해보신 분이면 좋습니다.
- 데이터 분석 및 이해도를 바탕으로 업무를 수행하시고, 전략적 사고를 통한 문제 해결 경험이 있으신 분을 찾습니다.
