- CA Operations Team은 인터넷전문은행 특성에 따라 비대면 오퍼레이팅 업무를 수행하고 있어요.
- 아울러, 예외적으로 비대면 업무처리가 어려운 고객분들을 위해 토스뱅크 대면센터를 통한 고객 응대와 상담 서비스도 제공해요.
- 고객 관점에서 은행 서비스의 개선 사항을 발굴하고 프로세스 개선 역할을 병행해요.
- 일부 업무를 도급사에 위탁하며 교육 및 모니터링 업무를 지원해요.
합류하면 함께할 업무예요
- 토스뱅크 대면센터를 방문하신 고객뿐만 아니라, 이메일 등 비대면 채널을 통해 서류를 제출하신 고객의 요청도 함께 처리하고 상담 서비스를 제공해요.
- 예금 지급, 증명서 발급, 고객정보 확인 업무 등 수신 업무 전반을 지원해요.
- 상속예금 지급, 상속인 금융거래정보제공 등 상속 관련 업무를 직접 처리해요.
- 대출 상환, 부채증명서 발급 등 일부 여신업무도 지원해요.
- 예금압류추심, 전기통신금융사기 관련 제반서류를 접수하고 상담업무를 지원해요.
- 앱으로 은행 거래를 시도했으나 최종 완료하지 못한 고객에게는 앱 이용 방법 등을 안내하는 업무도 함께하고 있어요.
- 일반적으로 고객 응대는 대면센터 내 상담창구에서 이루어지지만, 고객 상황에 따라 라운지에서 직접 안내를 드려야 할 수도 있어요.
- 그 외 토스뱅크에서 필요한 지원 업무들을 효율적으로 서포팅하며, 고객 관점에서 은행 서비스의 개선 사항을 발굴하고 프로세스를 개선하는 역할도 병행하고 있어요.

- 은행/금융권에서 1년 이상의 경험을 해보신 분이 필요해요.
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량을 바탕으로 논리적인 고객 응대와 상담을 할 수 있는 분으로 직접 고객 응대를 경험해보신 분이라며 더 좋아요.
- 은행상품에 대한 이해를 갖추었거나, 수신 관련 업무를 직접 경험해보신 분이라면 더욱 좋아요.
- 금융 관련 학위를 보유하셨거나, 자격증을 취득하신 분이라면 더 좋아요.

- 계약직 채용으로, 계약기간은 1년이에요.
- 근무 시간은 오전 10시 ~ 오후 7시예요. (고객 응대를 위한 대면센터를 전담하는 특수성으로 인해 자율적으로 근무 시간을 조정하거나, 재택근무를 병행하기는 어려워요.)
- 이력서 및 제출 서류에 허위 사실이 발견되거나 근무 이력 중 징계사항이 확인될 경우, 채용이 취소될 수 있어요.
