- 토스증권의 IDC Infrastructure Engineer는 데이터센터 인프라 전반(네트워크, 시스템, 물리 인프라)의 안정성과 효율성을 책임져요.
- Network/System Engineer팀과 협업하여, 네트워크 아키텍처부터 서버/스토리지, 전력/공간까지 IDC 환경을 설계하고 운영해요.
- 표준화, 자동화, 자산 관리 체계 고도화를 통해 대규모 인프라 운영의 생산성과 안정성을 지속적으로 개선해요.

합류하면 함께할 업무예요
인프라 아키텍처 설계 및 표준 수립
- 네트워크·서버 인프라의 HW 아키텍처를 설계하고 장비 선정 기준 및 도입 표준을 수립해요.
- 데이터센터 네트워크(Spine-Leaf, 이중화 등) 및 서버/스토리지 구성 아키텍처를 설계해요.
- 대역폭 산정, NIC 규격(10G/25G/100G/400G), 케이블링(OM, LR/SR, MPO), 스위치 포트 구성을 정의해요.
- IDC 상면(Rack), 전력, 공간을 고려한 물리 인프라 설계를 수행해요.
- 장비 모델, 펌웨어, 설정 템플릿 등 인프라 표준을 정의하고 전사 기준으로 관리해요.
구축 및 운영 (On-site 기반)
- 서버, 스토리지, 네트워크 장비의 설치/구성/운영을 수행하고 지속적으로 개선해요.
- 장비 반입/반출, 설치, 이전 작업을 계획하고 실행하며 품질과 안전을 관리해요.
- 케이블링, 장비 설치, 설정 작업을 협력업체와 함께 수행하고 기술 기준 및 품질을 관리해요.
- IDC 환경(전력, 온도, 네트워크, 장비 상태 등)을 모니터링하고 이상 징후에 선제 대응해요.
장애 대응 및 운영 안정성 확보
- 장애 발생 시 1차 대응 및 원인 분석을 수행하고 재발 방지까지 책임져요.
- 네트워크/시스템/물리 인프라를 아우르는 복합 장애를 분석하고 해결을 리딩해요.
자산 및 용량 관리 / 중장기 운영 계획
- IDC 자산(서버, 네트워크, 전원 장비 등)의 Lifecycle을 관리하고 데이터 정합성을 유지해요.
- Capacity/Power/Space를 고려한 중장기 IDC 운영 계획을 수립하고 최적화해요.
- Colocation 사업자 및 협력업체와 협업하여 일정, 품질, 비용을 관리해요.
자동화 및 운영 효율화
- 펌웨어 업그레이드, 설정 배포, 자산 수집 등 반복 작업을 자동화해요.
- SNMP, REST API 기반 모니터링 및 CMDB 연동 체계를 구축해요.
- 운영 표준, 절차서, 정책을 수립하고 지속적으로 개선해요.

- 5년 이상의 데이터센터(IDC) 또는 인프라 설계·운영 경험이 있으신 분
- 데이터센터 네트워크 아키텍처(Spine-Leaf, 이중화 등) 설계 경험이 있으신 분
- 서버/스토리지 HW 및 OS(Linux, Windows, Hypervisor)에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
- NIC, 케이블링, 스위치 ASIC 등 HW 레벨에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 설계가 가능하신 분
- IDC 상면, Rack 배치, 전력/공간 설계 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분
- 대규모 장비 구축/이전/자산 관리 등 IDC 운영 전반을 경험하신 분
- 장애 상황에서 물리/논리 관점을 함께 고려해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 분
- 협력업체 및 내부 조직과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량을 갖추신 분
- 장비 도입 PoC, 벤더 평가, 성능 검증 경험이 있으신 분
- 인프라 표준 문서(설계 가이드, 운영 절차 등) 작성 경험이 있으신 분
