主な業務内容（フランス語-日本語通訳ガイド）
- ツアーリーダーとしての役割
- 少人数グループ（4～12名）のお客様を対象に、2～3週間にわたる日本周遊ツアーを引率し、ホストおよび当社の代表として同行していただきます。
- 訪問地に関する分かりやすい説明
- 各地の魅力や背景を丁寧に伝え、日本という国への情熱を共有していただきます。
- お客様対応
- ツアー中に問題が発生した際の第一連絡窓口として対応していただきます。
- 安全管理および円滑なツアー運営
- お客様の安全確保と、スムーズなツアー進行を担っていただきます。
- サービス品質の管理
- 提携パートナーによるサービスが、当社の品質・安全・サステナビリティ基準を満たしているか確認していただきます。
- 楽しさの共有
- フランス語圏のお客様とともに旅を楽しみ、その喜びを分かち合っていただきます。
応募資格（必須要件）
- 日本の文化や人々の魅力を伝えることへの情熱
- フランス語での高度なコミュニケーション能力
- ツアー運営や各所との調整を支える、高い日本語能力
- 日本の歴史・伝統から現代の生活文化、時事問題に至るまでの幅広い知識
歓迎スキル・人物像
- 多言語スキル：英語、またはドイツ語ができる方歓迎（必須ではありません）
- 高い主体性と責任感があり、セルフマネジメント能力に長けた方
- 明るくオープンな性格で、ホスピタリティ精神とポジティブなマインドをお持ちの方
- お客様を単なる「顧客」としてではなく、大切な「友人」のように温かく迎えられる方
