Who We Are Looking For

The Media Manager, Paid Social is responsible for the strategic oversight and hands-on management of paid social media activations. You will help create strategy, build, launch, optimize, and report on paid social media campaigns for a large client in the travel industry.

What You'll Do

Support paid social strategy development by compiling client research, competitive data, and social platform information.
Manage tactical planning and buying for paid media across all major social platforms, including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Analyze campaign data, pull regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization.
Translate complex data into clear, insightful reports for both client and internal stakeholders.
Stay current with new ideas, trends, and technologies within the social media landscape to innovate and educate.

What You'll Need

1–3 years of experience in paid social media management; agency experience is preferred.
Required hands-on experience with the native ads managers for Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Linkedin
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Relevant platform certifications are a plus.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $45,000—$100,000 USD
