We are looking for a results driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying, building long-term relationships and helping our partners grow their business through our platform.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets;
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners in assigned territory;
Develop deep market knowledge across all verticals ( restaurants, pharmacies, health & beauty, electronics, flowers, toys, and more), and identify key “must-have” partners for Wolt;
Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision makers, both internally and externally;
Manage the full sales process, from first contact to signed contract, including technical, legal, and financial aspects;
Drive continuous business development by identifying innovative solutions that create value for both Wolt and our partners;

Our humble expectations

4+ years of experience in B2B sales; experience in retail is a plus;
Motivated by targets and results, but also a strong team player;
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset;
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and report on sales KPIs;
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English;
Valid driver`s license; Based in Timisoara;
