Buscamos um(a) Analista de SEO Pleno analítico(a), focado(a) em resultados e com excelente capacidade de comunicação. Você será responsável por diagnosticar oportunidades, desenhar estratégias de busca orgânica personalizadas e acompanhar o desempenho técnico e de conteúdo das contas sob sua responsabilidade.
Nesta função, além da atuação técnica e analítica, você terá um papel direto no atendimento e relacionamento com clientes, participando ativamente da apresentação de resultados, alinhamentos estratégicos e estudos de mercado.
Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições
- Análise e Monitoramento: Realizar análises periódicas de desempenho orgânico utilizando Google Search Console e Google Analytics (GA4), transformando dados em insights acionáveis.
- Diagnóstico Técnico: Conduzir auditorias técnicas recorrentes com Screaming Frog e SEMrush para identificar falhas de indexação, rastreabilidade, arquitetura de informação, duplicate content e oportunidades de otimização On-Page.
- Estratégia e Planejamento: Desenvolver, estruturar e apresentar planos estratégicos de SEO alinhados aos objetivos de negócio de cada cliente.
- Análise de Mercado e Concorrência: Monitorar o cenário competitivo, identificar gaps de palavras-chave, tendências de busca e mudanças nos algoritmos para manter os clientes à frente do mercado.
- Atendimento e Interface com o Cliente: Conduzir reuniões estratégicas, apresentar relatórios periódicos de evolução de tráfego e conversão e defender planos de ação diretamente com os clientes.
- Pesquisa de Palavras-Chave e Intenção de Busca: Mapear termos estratégicos, planejar a estrutura de URLs e elaborar briefs de conteúdo para os times de redação/copywriting.
- Acompanhamento de Implementações: Fazer a interface com times de Desenvolvimento/TI para garantir a correta implementação das recomendações técnicas de SEO.
Requisitos e Qualificações (Hard Skills)
- Experiência comprovada na área de SEO (nível Pleno ou experiência equivalente).
- Domínio prático e avançado de SEMrush e Screaming Frog (ferramentas fundamentais do dia a dia).
- Domínio avançado do Google Search Console e Google Analytics (GA4).
- Experiência prévia em atendimento direto ao cliente (apresentação de relatórios, condução de reuniões e gestão de expectativas).
- Sólidos conhecimentos em SEO On-Page (otimização de tags, headings, imagens, linking interno, intenção de busca).
- Conhecimento sobre os fatores de ranqueamento do Google e atualizações recentes de algoritmo.
- Capacidade de estruturar relatórios e dashboards focados em métricas de negócio (tráfego orgânico, conversões, ROI).

- Excelente Comunicação Oral e Escrita: Habilidade de traduzir termos e conceitos técnicos complexos para uma linguagem clara e executiva para os clientes.
- Visão Analítica e Crítica: Orientação a dados para tomada de decisões e resolução de problemas.
- Proatividade e Autonomia: Capacidade de gerenciar a própria rotina, priorizar demandas de diferentes contas e propor melhorias contínuas.
- Organização e Gestão do Tempo: Habilidade para trabalhar com múltiplos projetos e prazos simultâneos.
Diferenciais (Será um plus)
- Conhecimento prático na criação de dashboards no Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
- Noções básicas de HTML, CSS e JavaScript aplicados ao SEO técnico (Core Web Vitals, renderização).
- Experiência anterior em agências de marketing digital ou consultorias.
- Conhecimento em estratégias de SEO para E-commerce de médio/grande porte ou sites B2B.
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado (para leitura técnica e reuniões com clientes globais, se aplicável)
