What You'll Do:

Receive and interpret complex media plan briefs from our Account Managers (AMs)/ Producers.

Collaborate effectively within our agile workflow, working directly with AMs and other team members across Europe.

Execute high-quality video edits in Adobe Premiere Pro, adapting master campaign materials for specific markets.

Create and adapt motion graphics in Adobe After Effects, localizing on-screen text, end-frames, and other creative elements.

Manage project media, including media ingest and the creation of master project setups. You will be expected to structure these projects intelligently to facilitate adaptation across different markets, leveraging automation tools (like Versioneer, Assemble, etc.) to efficiently manage the creation of a high volume of deliverables in short timeframes.
Handle the technical aspects of exporting final assets, ensuring they meet precise specifications for TV, Cinema, and Digital platforms.

Who You Are:

We are looking for efficient and versatile team members willing to embrace change and new ways of working and eager to work collaboratively with any stakeholder.

Editing expert: You have proven experience in video editing/motion graphics

Fluent in English: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with our international teams.

Technically Proficient: You are an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder). You have a deep understanding of codecs, formats, and export settings. Additional post-production skills (e.g., audio mixing/sound design, design/grafism with Photoshop, Illustrator or/and InDesign, colour grading (DaVinci), CGI with Cinema 4D, Nuke, Flame) will be considered a significant plus.

Extremely Organized: You thrive on structure. You know how to read a media plan, break it down into actionable tasks, and track multiple deliverables simultaneously without letting anything fall through the cracks.

A Proactive Communicator: You are comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, international team environment and can communicate clearly with both creative and account-focused colleagues.

Detail-Oriented: You understand that in adaptations, the details are everything. You get it right the first time.

Experience (Bonus): Previous experience working in a high-volume advertising, adaptation, or post-production environment is a significant plus.
