Ihr Profil
Unser Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Wertsteigerung für unsere Klient:innen. Dafür suchen wir die besten Mitarbeitenden im Markt.
- ab 7 Jahren einschlägige Berufs-/Beratungserfahrung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in großen, das gesamte Unternehmen betreffenden Transformationsprogrammen, Ertragssteigerung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, Outsourcing/Off- & Nearshoring, Personaloptimierung und -management, Einführung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Shared Services, Zero-Based-Budgeting und Clean Sheet, Gemeinkostenoptimierung, Operational Excellence Programme, Manufacturing Footprint Optimierung
- Hohe finanzwirtschaftliche und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Modellierungskompetenzen in Verbindung mit einem vertieften Verständnis von Finanzberichten
- "Track-Record" in der Erarbeitung von umsetzungsorientierten, qualitativen Lösungen, Koordination in multiplen Work Streams sowie Fähigkeit zur vollständigen Übernahme verschiedener Arbeitsbereiche
- Hervorragende kommunikative und interaktive Fähigkeiten
- Problemlösungsorientierte, unternehmerische und stark analytische Persönlichkeit
- Sehr guter akademischer Background; Master, Diplom, PhD oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft bei hybridem Arbeitsmodell (remote, office, client-site)
- Bewerbende müssen eine Arbeitserlaubnis haben, die es ihnen ermöglicht, in der EU zu reisen und zu arbeiten
