Job Overview:
Are you a skilled and dedicated plumbing professional looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? Bell Brothers is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to provide top-notch service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining solutions clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
