Responsibilities

Ensure smooth front desk operations, such as visitors' management, handling courier/mail deliveries and support cross-departmental communication
Support daily office operations, collaborate with pantry assistants on office upkeep, manage office supplies and maintain adequate inventory
Support the planning, organizing and coordinating events
Liaise with vendors and building management for facilities maintenance, office supplies and services
Other ad-hoc duties as and when needed

Requirements

Relevant experience in front desk and office administration
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong adaptability, communication, organizational and judgement skills
