Ton rôle:
Nous recherchons des Architectes Data / Data Engineers Senior passionnés par la construction de plateformes scalables pour renforcer une équipe tech d’élite.
Au sein d'une feature team agile et innovante, tu interviendras au cœur de l'écosystème Data pour concevoir, structurer et opérer la donnée de bout en bout. Ton expertise est essentielle pour poser les bases d'un système capable de gérer des millions de contrats.
Tes missions :
Ton rôle est de construire le "Core Model" de données unifié pour 3 pays. Tu ne fais pas de l'ingestion de base, tu vas créer une plateforme Data scalable capable de supporter des algorithmes d'IA disruptifs (recouvrement intelligent, analyse d'empathie client).
Concevoir et déployer l'architecture de données sur Databricks (Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture).
Développer des pipelines d'ingestion et de transformation massifs et performants, principalement en Python/SQL.
Construire des flux de données en mode événementiel (Kafka).
Être le garant de la qualité, de la sécurité et de la gouvernance de la donnée.
Intégrer l'IA dans ton ADN de codeur pour un gain de productivité massif (Vibe Coding).
Être acteur d’une culture "You build it, you run it" (mise en production, monitoring et support niveau 3).
L’environnement technique qui t’attend :
Platform: Databricks (Lakehouse), Snowflake.
Cloud AWS (Architecture Cloud Native, S3, Glue, Athena).
Engine: Spark (Python/Scala), SQL expert.
Kafka (Gestion des flux événementiels).
IA : Intégration de LLM directement dans les flux de données pour l'analyse prédictive et conversationnelle.
Profil recherché
Expérience confirmée dans la construction d'architectures Lakehouse et Big Data.
Maîtrise de l'écosystème Databricks (critique pour le projet).
Bonne maîtrise de l’IA, GitHub et Copilot (le "Vibe Coding" est un must-have).
À l’aise avec les architectures distribuées et event-driven (Kafka).
Architecte : Vous maîtrisez la "Medallion Architecture" (Bronze/Silver/Gold) et savez garantir la qualité de la donnée à grande échelle.
Séniorité : 8 ans d'expérience minimum. Tu peux être à même de bien communiquer avec le métier.
