我們正在尋覓人才協助我們帶領 Coupang 台灣拓展業務。這是個難得的機會，一同參與 Coupang 在台灣的成長，打造一個讓我們的顧客自問「沒有 Coupang，我該怎麼過活？」的世界。
職缺名稱: CXE(Customer eXperience Escalations) Manager
主要職責：
1. 管理專員 (約需管理5~10位專員)
1) 排班表
2) 監控線上人員狀態及人力
3) 解決專員遇到之困難(系統問題等)
4) 透過分析專員績效，教育專員或協助專員優化業務品質
5) 控管特殊案件處理情況，並提供處理方案
6) 管理專員出勤狀況及績效獎金管理
2. 跨部門溝通
1) 擔任用戶聯絡窗口，協助請相關單位協助確認用戶遇到的問題(商品異常狀況等)，以利協助用戶解決問題並提升用戶滿意度
2) 針對問題案件安排聯繫用戶
> 相關單位通報問題案件時，安排專員連繫用戶進行相關說明及處理 (提供說明話術及處理方式給專員等)
3. 主管回電
嚴重敏感案件等，用戶要求主管聯繫時，聯繫用戶說明並處理相關案件
4. 優化流程及系統
透過分析後臺資料處理升級案件發掘需改善之SOP及系統問題，優化組內、CS組織、大至公司整體之流程，提升業務效率及服務品質，以提供顧客良好體驗
基本要求(必要條件)：
1. 中文聽說讀寫能力具台灣人母語程度
2. 英文能力(基本以上，可以流暢處理業務)
3. 客服主管經驗(對象為台灣客人，客服中心管理職或小組長)
4. 具備在快節奏環境下工作經驗及迅速調適之能力
5. 細心且緊急應變能力強
6. 溝通和人際技巧強，能有效和顧客、團隊成員、其他利害關係人溝通
7. 基本Excel能力(樞紐分析以上)

1. 電商經驗
2. 有專案經驗
3. 韓文能力
4. Data管理能力
上班時間：0900~1800
休假：固定休 五六 or 日一 (國定：8周變形工時) / 視情況可能會調整
工作形式
半遠端(遠端+到辦公室)
其他補充：
報到後三周須至辦公室進行新人訓練(若居住地若非新北、台北可調整)，TR期間可能視情況拉長或縮短
