職位: Quickflex Account Manager
【Quickflex 團隊職責】Quickflex 團隊負責監督與管理執行火箭配送任務的運輸合作夥伴。與多家企業與供應商合作，制定營運策略與執行計畫，以提升配送服務品質。
【工作內容】
運輸合作夥伴管理
- 負責管理與營運運輸合作夥伴，以達成 PDD（Planned Delivery Day）等營運目標。
- 監督配送服務執行狀況及相關營運流程。
- 管理與維護合作運輸公司的營運表現及合作關係。
- 作為供應商主要聯絡窗口，協調相關需求並促進合作。
營運策略與執行
- 制定並執行 Quickflex 營運策略與行動方案。
- 分析營運數據與關鍵指標，提出改善建議並推動執行。
- 與跨部門團隊合作，持續優化配送品質及作業效率。
配送服務與流程管理
- 負責配送服務與相關作業流程管理。
- 監控營運表現，並協助推動各項改善措施。
- 支援日常營運需求及問題處理。
【必要資格】
- 具備 2-3 年物流、業務、商品管理或帳戶管理相關經驗。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office 軟體。
- 積極、彈性高，具備良好的服務導向。
- 具備優秀的溝通與協作能力，能與內部及外部利害關係人良好互動。
【加分條件】
- 具備與合作夥伴公司進行業務或物流管理的實務經驗。
- 熟練 Excel 高階功能。
