팀 소개
쿠팡 Detection Ops 팀은 웹 보안, 네트워크 보안, 이메일 보안, 엔드포인트 보안 전반에 걸쳐보안 Appliance 장비, Endpoint 보안 솔루션, 그리고 다양한 SaaS 기반 보안 서비스를 운영 및 관리하고 있습니다. 우리는 쿠팡의 광범위한 Attack Surface 전반에서 발생하는 사이버 위협을 탐지하고 차단하여 보안 사고로 인한 피해를 최소화하는 동시에, 정확한 원인 분석을 통해 재발 방지 체계를 구축하는 핵심 역할을 수행하고 있습니다. Detection Ops 팀에 합류하시면, 웹, 네트워크, 엔드포인트, 이메일 보안 등 다양한 보안 영역을 아우르는 실무 경험을 쌓을 수 있으며 각 영역을 담당하는 여러 전문가들과의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 자연스럽게 보안 전반에 대한 시야와 전문성을 확장할 수 있습니다. 필요에 따라 특정 도메인에 국한되지 않고 여러 보안 솔루션과 서비스에 직접 참여하고 경험해볼 수 있는 기회가 열려 있습니다. 이를 통해 단일 기술에 국한되지 않은, 폭넓고 탄탄한 보안 운영 역량을 갖춘 엔지니어로 성장할 수 있는 환경을 제공합니다.
업무 내용
- 이메일 보안 관련 인프라 설계 및 구현 진행
- 이메일 보안 솔루션 운영 및 모니터링
- 피싱, 스팸, 악성파일이 포함된 이메일 기반 공격 식별 및 대응
- 이메일 보안 솔루션 테스트, 도입 및 결과보고
- 이메일 관련 탐지 정책 개발 및 Playbook 수립
- 이메일 보안 리뷰, 절차/가이드라인 수립 및 지속 유지 관리
- 이메일 관련 보안 사고 발생 시 신속한 대응과, 보고 및 피해 최소화를 위한 조치 수행
- 피싱 모의 훈련 진행, 트렌드 확인 및 보고서 작성
- 최신 이메일 보안 기술 및 동향 연구 및 시스템 적용
- 업무 외 시간의 사고 및 이슈에 대비한 On-call
- 관련 총 경력 5년 이상, 이메일 보안 시스템 및 솔루션 운영 경험 3년 이상 우대
- 이메일 보안 서비스 운영 경험
- 이메일 보안 정책 설정 및 절차 수립 경험
- 피싱 모의 훈련 진행 경험
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC 등의 이메일 인증 기술에 대한 이해와 실무 경험
- 이메일 헤더 분석, 위협 분석 및 대응에 대한 경험과 능력
