Das erwartet Dich
- Du berätst unsere namenhaften nationalen und internationalen Mandanten aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und Branchen in allen steuerlichen Fragen zu Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen sowie zu Umstrukturierungen.
- Darüber hinaus verantwortest du die Durchführung steuerlicher Due Diligence Prüfungen, Strukturierungsberatungen sowie Vertragsgestaltungen und bist für die organisatorische Führung der Gestaltungsprojekte zuständig – von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Abrechnung.
- Dabei arbeitest du team- und länderübergreifend und in engem Austausch mit deinem Team zusammen.
- Als Mentor*in leitest du unsere Kolleg*innen fachlich an und förderst diese auf ihrem Weg bei Forvis Mazars.
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder juristisches Studium mit steuerlichem Schwerpunkt oder Studium zum Diplom-Finanzwirt sowie abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Transaktionssteuerrecht, idealerweise auch einschlägige Erfahrungen im internationalen Steuerrecht
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Freude an einem dienstleistungsorientierten, internationalen Arbeitsumfeld sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
