Descripción de puesto:
Apoyar al departamento de Comercio Exterior en la gestión, control y seguimiento de las operaciones de importación y exportación de materiales, componentes y productos terminados, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y de las disposiciones aduaneras y de comercio exterior aplicables a la operación de la empresa.
El practicante tendrá la oportunidad de desarrollar conocimientos prácticos relacionados con operaciones IMMEX, documentación aduanera, pedimentos, clasificación arancelaria, control de materiales, coordinación con agentes aduanales y seguimiento de embarques.
Lo que harás
- Apoyar en la revisión y organización de documentación relacionada con operaciones de importación y exportación.
- Dar seguimiento a embarques de materia prima, componentes, refacciones y producto terminado.
- Apoyar en la revisión de facturas comerciales, packing lists, certificados de origen, documentos de transporte y demás documentación requerida para las operaciones.
- Mantener actualizados archivos y controles internos de operaciones de comercio exterior.
- Apoyar en la revisión de información de pedimentos de importación y exportación.
- Dar seguimiento con agentes aduanales y proveedores a documentación pendiente.
- Apoyar en la identificación y seguimiento de discrepancias documentales.
- Colaborar en la recopilación de información necesaria para determinar o validar fracciones arancelarias, NICO, descripción de mercancías, país de origen y país de procedencia.
- Apoyar en el control documental de materiales importados bajo el programa IMMEX.
- Dar seguimiento a documentación relacionada con avisos, permisos, regulaciones y restricciones no arancelarias, cuando corresponda.
- Apoyar en la integración de expedientes de comercio exterior para auditorías internas o requerimientos de las autoridades.
- Mantener comunicación con las áreas de Compras, Planeación, Almacén, Logística, Finanzas, Producción y agentes aduanales para obtener información necesaria para las operaciones.
- Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes y análisis relacionados con las operaciones de importación y exportación.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar controles y procesos administrativos del área.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos, políticas internas y requisitos de seguridad y confidencialidad de la empresa.
Quién eres
- Estudiante activo(a) de:
- Comercio Internacional y/o Exterior.
- Gestión Empresarial.
- Administración de Empresas.
- Logística o carrera relacionada.
- Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales.
- Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office.
- Inglés básico-intermedio, preferentemente.
- Conocimiento de IMMEX y operaciones de importación/exportación, preferentemente,
