Uber Freight México, busca profesionistas graduados en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o áreas afines para desempeñarse como Especialista In-House de Comercio Exterior. Buscamos personas altamente organizadas, autónomas, con autodisciplina y con enfoque riguroso en el detalle para operar directamente en las instalaciones de uno de nuestro clientes. Como parte de nuestro equipo, serás el enlace operativo y estratégico, responsable de gestionar el control de inventarios, la documentación de cruce aduanal y la logística de maniobras, garantizando procesos eficientes, cumplimiento regulatorio y la continuidad de la operación sin supervisión directa continua.
Funciones y Responsabilidades
- Control y actualización del sistema de inventarios temporal de la planta, asegurando la correcta alineación de descargues y estructuras de listas de materiales (BOMs).
- Revisión, validación y envío de facturas comerciales para la integración de expedientes de cruce, asegurando congruencia estricta con listas de empaque (Packing Lists) e Incoterms.
- Operación, apertura, generación de remesas y cierre oportuno de pedimentos consolidados conforme a los plazos legales aplicables.
- Emisión y seguimiento de instrucciones operativas para la recepción, patio y descarga de unidades en la planta de nuestro cliente, gestionando imprevistos para evitar paros de línea.
- Elaboración de COVEs, PITAs, DODAs, notas de tráfico y validación de RRNA (cumplimiento de NOMs, permisos y fracciones arancelarias).
- Gestión directa de la comunicación entre la planta (compras, tráfico, producción), la agencia aduanal y transportistas mediante reportes de estatus e incidencias.
- Aseguramiento del expediente digital completo y envío de reportes de inventario y operaciones.
Cualificaciones Básicas
- 2 a 5 años de experiencia operativa en Comercio Exterior, preferentemente bajo la modalidad In-House o en plantas de manufactura.
- Licenciatura concluida en Comercio Exterior, Logística, Negocios Internacionales o área afín.
- Dominio operativo y práctico del Anexo 24 (sistemas de control de inventarios) y Anexo 22 (captura y claves de pedimento A1, IN, entre otras).
- Experiencia demostrable en la operación de pedimentos consolidados y remesas.
- Conocimientos sólidos en Legislación Aduanera, Regímenes Aduaneros, IMMEX, PROSEC, Reglas Octavas y RRNA (NOMs).
- Dominio de Microsoft Office y Google Workspace (Excel intermedio/avanzado para manejo de bases de datos, reportes e inventarios).
Cualificaciones Deseables
- Experiencia previa trabajando en plantas del sector automotriz o industrial pesado.
- Dominio de portales, ERPs y sistemas aduaneros.
- Inglés básico a intermedio (capacidad para lectura de documentos técnicos y comunicación por correo).
Habilidades y Competencias Clave
- Capacidad para autogestionar el trabajo diario, mantener el ritmo operativo y entregar resultados sin supervisión directa constante en sitio.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples expedientes simultáneamente sin margen de error en capturas o descargas.
- Mantener el criterio operativo y la calma ante picos de alta carga operativa o urgencias de producción en la planta.
- Habilidad para gestionar las solicitudes del cliente interno/externo con profesionalismo, asegurando siempre el cumplimiento legal.
