Acerca del rol
Buscamos un Chófer confiable y orientado al servicio para apoyar las operaciones diarias de nuestras oficinas en Monterrey. Esta posición no solo se enfoca en brindar servicios de transporte seguros y eficientes para los empleados entre las instalaciones de la oficina y las áreas de estacionamiento asignadas, sino también en garantizar la entrega puntual de paquetes y documentos oficiales en toda la zona metropolitana de Monterrey, apoyando directamente al equipo de Finanzas. Como parte del equipo de Instalaciones (Facilities), trabajamos todos los días para asegurar que las entregas lleguen a tiempo, ofreciendo una experiencia segura y profesional a nuestros colaboradores durante cada traslado.
Qué Hará el Candidato
- Conducir el vehículo utilitario asignado por la empresa de manera segura y en cumplimiento con los reglamentos de tránsito.
- Llevar un registro del personal que aborda el vehículo.
- Encargarse de la limpieza y realizar reparaciones mecánicas menores al vehículo.
- Cargar combustible según sea necesario.
- Utilizar la lista de verificación (checklist) del vehículo utilitario y reportar cualquier daño detectado en la unidad.
- Elaborar reportes de las actividades en curso o concluidas.
- Comunicar cualquier incidente ocurrido entre los empleados durante el desarrollo de sus actividades.
- Apoyar en las operaciones de mensajería del departamento de finanzas mediante la entrega de documentos e información oficial.
- Apoyar en las campañas de salud de la empresa.
- Presentar documentos oficiales ante las autoridades correspondientes.
Cualificaciones Básicas
- Licencia de conducir vigente (se prefiere licencia de chófer).
- Conocimiento de los reglamentos de tránsito locales y rutas dentro de la zona metropolitana de Monterrey.
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia como chófer.
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia manejando vehículos medianos y transportando personal.
- Alto sentido de responsabilidad, puntualidad y servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para apoyar en la entrega oportuna de paquetes y documentos para los equipos internos, incluyendo Finanzas
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Habilidades de planeación y organización, así como gestión eficiente del tiempo.
- Sentido de urgencia en la ejecución y conclusión de tareas.
- Liderazgo para promover la salud y la seguridad durante las campañas de la empresa.
