We’re looking for a Head of Procurement to lead and transform our Procurement function on a global scale. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll combine oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring our procurement processes are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with business growth. You’ll play a critical part in building and scaling the team, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving automation and process improvements.

As part of our team, you will:

Provide strategic leadership for the Procurement department, setting long-term direction and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Build, scale, and adapt the team structure to meet evolving organizational needs.
Strengthen stakeholder communication and collaboration across business units and regions.
Establish Procurement as a trusted internal service function, delivering efficient, scalable, and value-driven procurement services across the organization.
Introduce fresh perspectives and best practices to modernize procurement processes and tools.
Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency.
Ensure effective cost control, risk management, and compliance with global and local regulations.
Lead vendor negotiations, supplier relationship management, and category strategy.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.

We’d be happy to have you on our team if you have:

Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, ideally in an international, fast-scaling IT organization.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of deciding and initiating action, leading and supervising, and formulating strategies and concepts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate and network effectively across functions, levels, and geographies.
Analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex problems, with the ability to balance detail and big-picture strategy.
Resilience and adaptability, with proven ability to cope with pressure and setbacks while driving change.
Expertise in structuring and restructuring teams, processes, and operating models.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
Familiarity with procurement automation tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
