Your Key Responsibilities
- Assess, review and progress plans for children in need, including those accessing short breaks
- Respond to safeguarding concerns in line with statutory duties
- Manage an independent caseload, ensuring timely and effective decision making
- Produce high‑quality assessments, reports and evidence‑based plans
- Build purposeful relationships with children, families and partners to drive positive outcomes
For this role you will need
- Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
- Post-qualifying experience in children’s social care, ideally within disability or CIN
- Strong knowledge of Children’s Social Care legislation and care planning processes
- Excellent communication, analytical and report‑writing skills
