- Contract Administration & Deliverable Tracking: Monitor post-award execution, track contractual deliverables and CDRLs in project management systems (e.g., Asana), coordinate standard contract modifications, and serve as a day-to-day administrative point of contact for customer counterparts.
- Government Systems Administration: Maintain and update Muon's active profiles, representations, and certifications across government portals including SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF, and supplier databases.
- Contract Operations & Records: Maintain an audit-ready digital filing system, ensure version control, and accurately log contract metadata and key deadlines across active and legacy files.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Growth, Mission Engineering, and Supply Chain on day-to-day contracting status, timelines, and deliverable submissions.
