At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS), we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for a creative, tech-driven Marketing Manager to lead the charge.
This is not just a marketing role—you’ll be the engine behind our digital presence, brand growth, and lead generation strategy across Brooklyn and the greater NYC area. If you’re someone who thrives on building, optimizing, and seeing real results from your work, this is your opportunity to make a major impact.
What You’ll Do;
- Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across multiple channels
- Build, manage, and optimize WordPress websites and high-converting landing pages
- Drive SEO performance (Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword strategy, rankings)
- Create and edit video content, graphics, and branded assets using Adobe tools
- Manage CRM systems, integrations, and marketing automations
- Develop compelling blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
- Grow and optimize Google Business Profile and online visibility in NYC markets
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to launch and scale campaigns
What You Bring;
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development and optimization
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital performance tracking
- Experience with video editing and graphic design
- Excellent writing and content creation skills (English required)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, integrations, and automation tools
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
