About the role:

Prezzee is looking for a commercially driven Head of Growth & Lifecycle to lead Prezzee's global growth strategy across our B2B and B2C customer base. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll shape the end-to-end customer journey, using data, experimentation, AI and personalisation to drive acquisition, retention and long-term customer value.

Working closely with Product, Data, Sales and Marketing, you'll lead a high-performing team and play a key role in accelerating Prezzee's next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute Prezzee's global growth and lifecycle strategy, driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, expansion and long-term customer value.
Identify high-impact growth opportunities and translate strategy into clear, measurable execution plans.
Design and optimise end-to-end customer lifecycle programs, including onboarding, engagement, loyalty, reactivation and win-back journeys.
Leverage data, AI, marketing automation and personalisation to deliver relevant customer experiences at scale.
Lead a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and continuous optimisation to improve conversion, retention, customer lifetime value and commercial performance.
Partner with Data and Analytics teams to uncover customer insights, define key growth metrics and use analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Oversee the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, reporting, dashboards and customer insights support business growth.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Sales, Commercial, Brand and Creative teams to optimise customer journeys and deliver shared growth outcomes.
Influence senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations and commercial insights.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Growth & Lifecycle team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for:

Proven leadership experience in Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing or a related discipline.
A track record of driving customer acquisition, activation, retention and long-term customer value through data-driven growth strategies.
Strong expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalisation, marketing automation and experimentation.
Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and experience using customer and revenue insights to optimise performance.
Experience working with MarTech platforms, including CRM, CDPs, marketing automation and analytics tools.
A collaborative leader with experience partnering across Product, Data, Technology, Sales and Marketing to deliver business outcomes.
An inspiring people leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic yet hands-on, with a customer-first mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment across B2B and/or B2C businesses.
