RZR Global is an AI-driven company specializing in mobile advertising solutions designed to fuel revenue growth. We leverage AI to discover audiences in a privacy-first environment through trillions of contextual bidding signals and proprietary behavioral models. Our audience engagement platform includes creative strategy and execution. We handle 5 million mobile ad requests per second from over 10 billion devices, driving performance for both publishers and brands. We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a global presence across the United States, EMEA, and APAC.
Role Overview
A Senior Growth Manager drives revenue growth and client retention of strategic accounts by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across the assigned portfolio, through growth and product adoption. This includes creating a strategic growth plan and driving operational excellence through forecasting and pipeline management.
They leverage data-driven insights to build consultative, strategic partnerships across client organizations, prioritize initiatives, and measure what truly moves the business through QBRs and ongoing performance reviews. Internally, they cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to align teams, remove blockers, and ensure growth strategies are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Retention & Growth: Drive sustainable revenue by growing accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering opportunities that result in long-term growth for each assigned account.
- Client Ownership & Strategy: Own end-to-end account strategy, setting clear growth plans, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, including senior and C-level leadership.
- Campaign Management & Performance Insights: Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimize effectively through collaboration with the Analyst and Product teams, delivering insights tied to business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, execute seamlessly, and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain forecast discipline, accurate reporting, and financial rigor to ensure smooth execution and reliable account management.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or mobile ad tech, in account management, customer success, or growth roles.
- Currently at, or has worked at, a larger company proven experience.
- Proven track record in revenue ownership, forecasting, and scaling accounts, not just client servicing.
- Comfortable managing relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data and dashboard tools such as Holistics, Looker, or Tableau.
Travel Expectations: Travel as needed.
