Key Competencies:

LiveOps campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Live Events, LTOs, loyalty programs, and engagement initiatives.

Promotional strategy, offer design, marketing callouts, and creative direction for seasonal and tentpole campaigns.

Audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized offer targeting.
-
Multi-channel CRM execution across Push, Email, In-App Messaging, and SMS.
-
Campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
-
Cross-functional stakeholder management across Product, Analytics, CRM, Design, Social, Peak, and Engineering teams.
-
Strong business acumen with focus on engagement, retention, deposits, participation, and monetization KPIs.

Operational excellence with a proven ability to deliver error-free campaign execution at scale.
Experience:
-
3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, LiveOps, CRM Marketing, Growth Marketing, or campaign management; mobile gaming experience preferred.

Strong understanding of player engagement, retention, monetization, lifecycle marketing, and segmentation strategies.
-
Expertise in offer design, promotional mechanics, value proposition development, and offer bundling strategies that drive player participation, deposits, and engagement.
-
Experience with campaign management and analytics platforms such as CleverTap, Braze, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
-
Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign ideation, content creation, image generation, creative development, workflow automation, and productivity improvements.
-
Demonstrated experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
-
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-
Experience translating data and player insights into actionable campaign, offer, and communication strategies.
-
Familiarity with CRM channels including Push Notifications, Email, In-App Messaging, and SMS.

Passion for gaming, player behavior, and creating engaging player experiences.
