Description
Nous recherchons un(e) Barman enthousiaste pour offrir une expérience inoubliable à nos clients. Vous êtes en mesure de créer des boissons classiques et innovantes dépassant les attentes des clients.
Vos missions :
- Préparer des boissons alcoolisées ou non-alcoolisées pour les clients du bar, du cabaret et du restaurant
- Interagir avec les clients, prendre leurs commandes et servir les collations, cocktails et boissons
- Savoir évaluer les besoins des clients, connaître leurs préférences et faire des suggestions/recommandations
- Maîtriser la confection de cocktails classiques et des cocktails signatures
- Elaborer et présenter la carte des boissons, servies au bar, aux clients
- S’assurer que les clients ont l’âge minimum requis en France pour consommer des boissons alcoolisées
- Faire l’inventaire du bar et procéder aux commandes de réapprovisionnement
- Fournir une excellente expérience aux clients
- Se conformer à toutes les réglementations relatives aux boissons et aux aliments
Profil :
- Avoir une première expérience en tant que barman
- Excellente connaissance de la mixologie, des produits et du service des boissons
- Connaissances informatiques des logiciels professionnels
- Adopter une attitude positive et faire preuve d’excellente compétences en communication
- Capacité à garder le bar organisé, approvisionné et propre
- Avoir une bonne une présentation en accord avec nos standards
- Être diplômé(e) d’une école en hôtellerie-restauration est un plus
