Job Description

The Market Data Operations Team Lead will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional market data services. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor team members, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

The Market Data Operations Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of Market Data Analysts and ensuring the accurate and efficient management of market data for our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Market Data Analysts.
Oversee the maintenance of market data inventory for multiple clients.
Manage market data invoice processing and reconciliation.
Build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and SLAs.
Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Create and maintain client-specific documentation.
Support strategic projects within the Managed Services team.

Qualifications and Experience

10+ years of experience in market data management, market data operations or a related field.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
