WPP Production is seeking an experienced Online Editor with a strong technical background to join our busy post-production department. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in finishing high-end beauty and cosmetics content, with a keen eye for skin tone accuracy, product detail, and the elevated aesthetic standards that premium beauty brands demand.

Primary editing duties include the online finishing of broadcast and digital commercials, with a focus on the beauty and FMCG category. The role requires ensuring all deliverables meet broadcast legal and technical standards across multiple markets, including but not limited to Singapore and the broader APAC region.

A solid understanding of end-to-end post-production workflows — including VFX, colour grading, motion graphics, and audio finishing — is essential. You will be expected to perform confidently in client-attended sessions, advise producers on timings and technical feasibility, and maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements

Technical Skills

Proven experience as an Online Editor in a broadcast or post-production environment, with a portfolio that includes beauty, cosmetics, or luxury FMCG work
Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and/or Flame; working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
Strong understanding of video codecs, intermediary formats, and post workflows (EDL, XML, MXF, standards conversions, etc.)
Solid grasp of broadcast technical QC processes and delivery specifications (free-to-air, OTT, digital/social)
Proficiency in Mac OS and file-based workflows; experience with media asset management systems is an advantage
Competence in media management, version control, and project archiving

Beauty & Category Knowledge

Demonstrated sensitivity to beauty-specific finishing requirements — including skin retouching, pack shot accuracy, product sheen, and colour fidelity
Familiarity with beauty brand guidelines and the exacting QC standards of prestige and mass-market cosmetics clients

Soft Skills & Working Style

High level of communication skills with confidence in client-attended sessions
Ability to support and advise post producers on timelines, technical constraints, and solutions
Strong time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Collaborative team player who also works well independently
Positive "can-do" attitude and strong interpersonal skills across all levels of stakeholders
