你將成為我們推動年度專案的核心夥伴！在這個角色中，你將第一線負責品牌客戶的深度對接、專案的全盤執行與成效月報的分析彙整。你將成為銜接各方資源的重要橋樑—將密切協調內部的網紅行銷團隊、外部合作廠商及外包人員，確保龐大的專案齒輪流暢運轉。
為確保專案的高品質，今年度你將擁有明確的目標，全心專注於這個旗艦品牌的服務。而在今年度專案圓滿達成後，我們也將視你的工作表現與意願，為你安排其他多元品牌客戶的服務或部門輪調機會，提供你持續成長的職涯舞台。（若你現階段偏好以「半年期合約」的形式展開合作，我們也抱持完全開放的態度！）

What You Will Do
- 客戶關係維繫與對焦：順利接手並經營大型品牌客戶（如：3C家電品牌），建立長期的良好互動與信任關係，精準對焦客戶年度目標與行銷需求。
- 大型專案管理與進度控管：擔任客戶與內部網紅團隊間的溝通橋樑。具備強大的排程與進度控管能力，能有條理地推進大型網紅專案（包含百位以上 KOL / KOC 合作流程），確保專案品質及依照排程上線。
- 跨部門協作與資源調度：積極參與內部會議與討論，協調網紅執行團隊、掌握物流寄品或體驗活動進度，防堵專案執行風險，在團隊中貢獻你的細心與解決問題的能力。
- 成效分析與洞察報告：精準掌控專案品質，並於專案各階段及完成後，提供專業、條理清晰的數據成效分析與優化建議。
- 創造客戶最大價值：透過優質的專案服務提升客戶滿意度與續約率，具備高度商業敏銳度，在維繫過程中發掘新的合作機會（Up-sell / Cross-sell），與客戶共同成長。
Who You Are
- 產業敏銳度（核心加分條件）：對3C / 家電產品有高度興趣或熟悉度，了解家電產品的規格亮點與消費者痛點，能快速理解原廠產品訴求並轉化為行銷溝通策略。
- 專案管理經驗：具備網紅行銷或數位廣告行銷相關經驗，有執行過大型專案、具備大量名單管理與進度追蹤經驗者優先考慮。
- 溝通與協調能力：具備優秀的內外部溝通與談判技巧，能靈活應對突發狀況。
- 特質潛力：面對龐大且快節奏的專案執行量，能保持冷靜、邏輯清晰、細心且抗壓性高。如果你具備強大的問題解決能力，且對數位行銷充滿熱忱，我們非常歡迎你來聊聊！
