Description
EHS 計畫執行與法規遵循：
• 確保遵守台灣所有相關的職業安全衛生法規、公司政策與全球最佳實務。
• 協助制定、執行並監控各據點的 EHS 計畫。
• 執行稽核、風險評估與現場巡檢，主動辨識並降低潛在風險。
• 支援事故調查、根本原因分析與改善措施的落實。
• 與地方主管機關聯繫，確保 EHS 報告準確且即時。
風險管理與持續改善：
• 主導高風險作業的風險評估與風險降低計畫。
• 發掘並推動 EHS 績效的持續改善機會。
• 協助導入 AI 安全工具與數位化回報系統。
• 執行緊急應變演練，並確保危機管理計畫隨時更新。
教育訓練與員工參與：
• 為各層級員工設計並執行 EHS 教育訓練課程。
• 指導並協助 EHS 專員與現場安全團隊。
• 透過員工參與與表揚計畫，推動強化安全文化。
• 擔任 EHS 領域的專家，促進組織內部的知識分享。
數據分析與報告：
• 追蹤並分析 EHS 績效指標，找出趨勢與改善空間。
• 撰寫並簡報 EHS 績效、法規遵循狀況與重點計畫。
• 協助資深 EHS 經理以數據為基礎進行決策與策略規劃。
必要條件：
• 環境科學、職業安全衛生、工程或相關領域學士學位。
• 具備甲級職業安全衛生管理員證照。
• 五年以上 EHS 工作經驗，具物流、製造或供應鏈產業經驗尤佳。
• 熟悉台灣 EHS 法規與合規要求。
• 具備風險評估、稽核與事故調查經驗。
• 優秀的溝通能力，能有效影響各層級利害關係人。
加分條件：
• 具備 ISO 45001 或 ISO 14001 等國際 EHS 管理系統認證。
• 擁有 NEBOSH、CSP 或其他進階專業證照。
• 有導入 EHS 數位工具與 AI 安全解決方案的經驗。
• 擅長數據分析，熟悉 EHS 績效指標與報告。
• 曾於跨國企業或高節奏營運環境中工作。
