At Tomofun, we LOVE pets and technology. Our vision is to bring joy and innovation to every pet lover in the world.
We are pioneers in the pet tech industry. Our debut product, Furbo - the world's first AIoT treat-tossing pet camera, is the #1 bestseller on Amazon in 15 countries, including the US, UK, and JP and have millions of users in 133 countries. In 2019, we launched an AI-powered subscription service, the Furbo Pet Nanny, which sends smart alerts to our users to notify them to check on the safety of their furbabies when they are home alone. Since the launch of Furbo Pet Nanny, we have saved hundreds of pets' lives and are continuing to innovate and develop new features with our state-of-the-art technology.

我们正在中国正式组建本地研发团队。目前，Tomofun 中国产品由 Global Engineering Team 负责开发与维护，并计划从 2027 年开始，逐步将更多产品与研发能力交由中国团队主导。
作为早期核心成员，你将：
- 参与现有产品开发，快速熟悉系统与技术架构
- 与 Global Engineering、CN PM、MKT 紧密合作，共同打造产品
- 参与技术决策与研发流程建设，真正影响产品与用户体验
- 随着团队成长，逐步承担更大的技术 ownership、架构及团队管理职责

职责
- 后端(≈50%) — 承接并演进云端服务与 API,主导系统架构、性能与可扩展性决策
- 前端(≈40%) — 使用 React 维护并扩展用户界面
- 移动端 iOS(≈10%) — 以读懂为主:能自己(可借助 AI)读懂 iOS 端代码,结合对后端/前端的理解独立描绘完整产品 flow;在真正需要时(如需改动 iOS / Android),带着想清楚的关键问题或明确的需求与 Global 对接。有 iOS 接触经验尤佳
- 质量当责 — 对自己交付的质量全程负责:撰写测试、自测、把关上线,让品质内建于开发流程而非事后补救
- 交接与协作 — 与 Global 团队协作,承接既有系统知识,建立本地研发能力
- 产品共创 — 与当地 PM / MKT 快速迭代,端到端交付并影响产品走向
- 善用 AI coding 工具,帮助团队建立 AI-native 的开发方式
必备条件
- 6+ 年软件开发经验,有独立负责完整功能/模块的实绩
- 端到端自主：能快速读懂并接手他人开发的代码库,独立跨越 Client(iOS)、后端、前端各层串联出完整 flow;需要时带着清晰、关键的问题或明确的需求与 Global 高效对接,而非把模糊的问题丢回去
- 后端：精通 Python 或 Golang(两者皆通更佳);熟悉 AWS 或 阿里云 的实战部署与运维
- 前端：熟练使用 React 及现代前端工程化(状态管理、组件设计、构建工具)
- 质量当责：具备自主测试意识与能力(单元/整合测试、自测习惯),为自己的交付质量全程负责
- 必须能熟练运用 AI coding 工具(Claude Code、Cursor、Copilot 等)于日常开发
- 强 ownership、能在模糊环境中定义并推进问题;良好的跨团队、跨时区沟通协作能力
加分项
- 曾接手/维护大型既有系统,或主导过跨团队交接
- 带队/mentoring 经验 — 曾带小团队或 mentor 新人
- 与产品/PM 紧密协作、product-driven 的工作经验
- 0→1 / 早期团队 / 创业经验
- 有 iOS / Swift / SwiftUI 接触经验 (哪怕只是读过、改过一点,也是加分)
- 分布式系统、微服务、容器化(Docker / K8s)经验
- CI/CD、可观测性(logging / monitoring / tracing)实践经验
